Small studio house, 560 sq ft, with all the comforts of home. Updated and smart home technology. Great for individual or couple. Many things to do in close proximity to home. Hop on the 300 miles of bike trail where an entrance is only a mile away. Then come home to grill and relax in your private hot tub. Take in all the sites and activities Xenia, Yellow Springs and Dayton has to offer. All close. Street parking across from house. Fenced in backyard for fido. We accept any size dog/dogs as long as you are a responsible owner.

Summary: Bonnie and Dave are above and beyond hosts! So many unexpected extras, I felt like I was family or friend. I had coffee and variety of creamers and teas. Bougie dog treats. Stocked fridge of anything you might need for cooking or beverages. A local coffee house gift card. Snacks. So much more. It was very nicely appointed. No sacrificing at this stay. Thank you Bonnie and Dave!

Summary: I can not say enough good things about this property, our stay and the hosts! From the time of booking upon checking out every single thing was perfect! Bonnie was incredibly quick with communication and went way above and beyond our expectations! She had our favorite snacks stocked and ready and even surprised me with a birthday cake and gift card to a local coffee shop (which was sooo good!). We had an issue with the street parking but Bonnie insisted on helping us to make it right. The house itself is adorable, perfectly cozy and the hot tub is lovely!! Highly recommend and would without a doubt book here again in the future!! 10/10!!

Summary: Before we arrived Bonnie reached out to ask some of our snack and coffee preferences, and if we needed anything for our pups. When we arrived all of the items were there including a gift card to a local coffee house! The hose was incredibly clean and stocked for all your needs. We will be staying again and wish Bonnie and Dave were the host at every place we stay!

Summary: This place may be small, but it has everything you need and a jacuzzi!! From the awesome treats and snacks left for us, the host was quick to respond when we needed them. I travel quite often and the customer service was excellent and the host went above and beyond during our stay. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!! highly recommend HHiAwesome

Summary: This charming house is spotless with modern features and decor. The hot tub is a nice addition and the back patio is lovely. The hostess is as sweet as the house - going above and beyond with accommodations (like filling the fridge with drinks & snacks, leaving hand-made chocolate confections for me, etc). The location is central with easy access to coffee shops, restaurants, and fueling stations. I highly recommend this property for rest & relaxation, or even a stop along your travels.
